The Princess and the Pea, a Hans Christian Andersen tale, is presented by Virginia Opera as a fun & whimsical adaptation by Dr. Glenn Winters. This compact opera for young viewers in grades Kindergarten to Fourth Grade tells the tale of a curious and charismatic young princess who steers off the path to a costume party. With the help of an unlikely friend, the Princess discovers just what she’s made of and proves her wit and wisdom!
