Wagner’s Ring Cycle to continue in 2023-2024 and
conclude in 2024-2025 (50th Anniversary Season)
Hampton Roads, Richmond, Fairfax, VA (March 22, 2022)— Virginia Opera is pleased to release the details of its 48th Season of producing opera. Performances will take place at the Harrison Opera House in Norfolk, Virginia, the Carpenter Theatre at the Dominion Energy Center in Richmond, Virginia, and at the Center for the Arts at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. Orchestras for the planned productions will include both the Virginia Symphony Orchestra and the Richmond Symphony.
