Safety

Our commitment to the health and safety of our guests.

Covid-19 Protocols

Our first priority is to ensure that every audience member has the best and safest experience possible and to protect the health of our performers and staff. Since we practice music, not medicine, our policies follow the mandates and guidance of the Centers for Disease Control.

Currently, proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test is not required. Masking at performances is also not required, though is recommended.

If you or someone in your group doesn’t feel well, has exhibited symptoms of COVID-19 in the previous 14 days, or has been in contact with someone with COVID-19 in the previous 14 days, you should not attend the performance.

If you are unable to attend a performance at this time, please contact the Box Office at info@vaopera.org or call 866.673.7282 Monday to Friday, 10 am to 5 pm to discuss your options.

A Contact-Free Experience

We’ve made the audience experience as contact-free as possible with the option for all ticket holders to get e-tickets for their use. If you have an e-ticket, please have it ready on your mobile device or print your ticket at home to be scanned. If you didn’t receive your tickets by email, please contact our box office at 866.673.7282 to have them re-sent.
