Benefits of Guild Membership

  • Guild members may purchase a discounted ticket pass and receive “short notice, best available” seats starting 2 weeks before performances and 1 drink ticket for each VAOPERA mainstage production.
  • Guild members who purchase a regular full season subscription with reserved seating receive 1 drink ticket for each VAOPERA mainstage production
  • Discount at Virginia Opera’s Gift Shop
  • Free admission to scheduled Guild Nights
  • Backstage tour opportunities
  • Volunteer opportunities for fundraisers and artist dinners
  • Invitations to special Guild events

Join Us…Membership alone supports the Guild’s mission…and volunteering is not required and is always welcome.

Virginia Opera Guild volunteers ready for customers. Beverage tent, Town Point Park, Norfolk, VA. Staffing official beverage tents during public events in Norfolk is one of the Guild’s fundraising activities.

Virginia Opera Guild is a non-profit, Norfolk-based volunteer organization dedicated to promoting attendance at and interest in Virginia Opera.
