RICHMOND, Va. (September 10, 2012) – Virginia Opera, The Official Opera Company of the Commonwealth of Virginia, announces Bourbon & Bizet—a special event for Young Professionals—will take place on Friday, Sept. 21, 2012 beginning at 5:30 P.M. at 2113 Bistro-Lounge in Richmond, Va. Tickets for the event are $30 in advance and $35 at the door and available at www.vaopera.org.
The evening will feature live performances by Virginia Opera artists, including soprano Natalie Polito and mezzo-sopranos Hilary Ginther and Cabiria Jacobsen, in a selection of popular arias and duets. Guests will also enjoy signature cocktails and an assortment of hors d’oeuvres on the rooftop of 2113 Bistro-Lounge.
