This replaces our previous Prism Society and FlexPass programs, bringing the best of both into one streamlined experience.

Flexible Ticket Access

Receive 3 tickets (individual) or 6 tickets (pair) to use throughout the season. Attend all three operas or bring a guest—it’s entirely up to you. See upcoming events.

Best Available Seating

Simply call the box office at 866-673-7282 two weeks before each production to reserve the best available seats.

Pre-Show Cocktail Receptions

Join fellow members at a special pre-show reception prior to Friday evening performances.

Beverage Vouchers

Enjoy 3 drink tickets (individual) or 6 drink tickets (pair) to use at concessions during the season.

How do I reserve my seats?

Call the Box Office at 866-673-7282 starting two weeks before the performance you’d like to attend to secure the best available seats.

Worried about forgetting? We’ve got you covered—the Box Office will email all members when the reservation window opens. 

Can I use multiple tickets for one performance?

Yes! You’ll receive 3 tickets (individual) or 6 tickets (pair) to use throughout the season. You can use them all for one performance or spread them across multiple operas—it’s your season, your choice.

Do I have to attend all three operas?

No. You have the flexibility to choose which performances you’d like to attend. Use your tickets in whatever way works best for you.

Are receptions available for every performance? 

No. Pre-show cocktail receptions are only available prior to the Friday evening performances and are exclusive to VAO Members.

Do tickets roll over to the next season?

No. All membership tickets must be used within the current season. Unused tickets do not roll over to the next season. 

When do my membership benefits expire?

VAO Memberships follow the opera season, running from July 1 through June 30. All tickets and member benefits must be used before June 30 and do not carry over into the next season.
