Zachary Goldman is an American Tenor from Long Island, New York. After completing his Bachelor of Music from the University of Michigan, he pursued a Master’s Degree from Mannes School of Music in New York City, where he performed roles such as Roderick Usher in The Fall of the House of Usher, Tom Rakewell in The Rake’s Progress, and Daniel Buchanan in Street Scene. Zachary made his professional debut as a Studio Artist with Central City Opera in 2019, and plans to return as an Apprentice Artist in 2021. He very much looks forward to the tremendous growth he will experience as an Emerging Artist with Virginia Opera throughout their 2020/21 season. Mr. Goldman currently studies under the tutelage of Arthur Levy and Tony Manoli.
