This year Virginia Opera brings new and exciting adventures and opportunities to the community. (See below for a list of performance titles.)

We offer many discounted programs for schools and organizations through grants, partnering, and multiple bookings. We also have special offerings for middle schools and high schools so don't forget to check out our Encore, Master Classes and Opera & Broadway programs.

Our professional casts and staff sang, danced and educated their way into the hearts of over 150,000 children and adults across the Commonwealth. Virginia Opera continually offers audiences a chance to experience performances and learn more about opera in ways that they could have only imagined – don't let these opportunities pass you by.

Fees vary depending on the performance, location and the number of performances scheduled. Funding from the municipal arts commissions and touring monies from the Virginia Commission for the Arts can dramatically reduce the cost of performances. Funding goes quickly, call today!
